Delivery, payment, returns and sizing, in plain words. Cannot find what you need? We are happy to help.
Delivery
We send most orders within 2 days. After that, delivery takes 1 to 4 working days, depending on where you live.
Orders over ৳100 get free delivery. Under that, delivery costs ৳30 to ৳130, depending on where you live.
We call you before we send your order, to check your address. Please keep your phone close.
Payment
You pay in cash when your order arrives. We do not take cards or online payments yet.
Please have the exact amount ready, because the courier may not have change.
Returns
You can return anything within 30 days, as long as it is unworn and still has its tags.
- contact us and tell us your order number and what is wrong.
- We send you the return address, or arrange a pickup.
- Send it back. When we get it, we refund you within 5 working days, by bank transfer or mobile wallet.
If something arrives damaged or is the wrong item, tell us the same day and we will put it right at no cost to you.
Your order
To see where your order is, use Find my order with your phone number.
To change or cancel an order, contact us before it ships. After that we cannot stop it, but you can return it.
Sizing
Every product page says how the item fits. If you are between two sizes, the page tells you which way to go.
